    We cover the entire Hampton Roads region. This includes the Virginia Peninsula (Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg) and South Hampton Roads (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Franklin, and Suffolk).

  • Can you trap or rescue lost dogs?

    Our services are limited to wildlife and stinging insect removal. For lost dogs, please contact your local city animal control department.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes, we hold all necessary licenses, insurance, and state certifications.

  • Do you offer military discounts?

    We provide discounts for military personnel, senior citizens, first responders, and property managers.

  • Do you charge for an initial inspection?

    Initial inspections are subject to a fee. Prices vary by city, so please contact our office for a specific quote.

  • Do you trap or kill bugs?

    Our services include safe removal of bees, wasps, and hornets. We do not typically handle other insects or bugs.

  • Do you perform after-hour emergency services?

    We offer emergency services outside of regular business hours. Fees for these services vary based on time and location.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, credit cards, checks, and money orders as forms of payment.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Payment plans are available for select services and packages. Please contact our office to discuss eligibility for our interest-free payment options.

  • Do you guarantee your work?

    Our service calls are guaranteed for 30 days. All repairs completed by ACME Animal Control come with a one-year guarantee.
