What areas do you service?

All of Hampton Roads.

The Virginia Peninsula, including Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg, and South Hampton Roads, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Franklin, and Suffolk.

Can you trap or rescue lost dogs?

No, we cannot. At ACME we provide wildlife and bee, wasp or hornet removal. If you have a dog you’d like picked up from your neighborhood, you can call your local city animal control.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, along with state certified.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for military, senior citizens, first responders and property managers.

Do you charge for an initial inspection?

Yes. The prices vary per city, so be sure to contact our offices for a quote.

Do you trap or kill bugs?

We are able to safely trap and remove bees, wasps or hornets, though we do not typically treat for other bugs or insects.

Do you perform after-hour emergency services?

Yes. The fees for emergency services vary based on time and location.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit, checks or money orders.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are offered on some of our many services and packages, so be sure to contact our offices to see if you’re eligible for our interest-free payment contract.

Do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee any of our service calls up to 30 days. All repairs completed by ACME Animal Control have a one-year guarantee.
